BSA with Retail Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:

As an experience retail systems analyst, comprehend the capabilities of
current state applications and processes to design, develop, and implement
innovative changes

Map out and documents "as is" and "to be" process models, defines
associated business requirements working with key stakeholders, business
users and IT. Perform gap analysis between process models, technology and
people.

Develop functional designs (FDD’s) and obtain stakeholder approvals.

Develop user acceptance test (UAT) plans and test scenarios and manages the
execution of UAT. Document test results and monitors and reports testing
results and status to IT leadership and business.

Collaborate with business users and 3rd party support to develop detailed
documentation including data flow diagrams, process maps, and other
application or project documents.

Collaborate with business users, IT Team, Project Managers and business
users to implement key projects

Scope to include but is not limited to modernizing vendor order scheduler
for direct store delivery supplier and building new UI for handling day to
day user requests

Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in developing or supporting retail solutions
for store operations.

Retail store environment experience preferred

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills

Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

Effective interpersonal and influencing skills

Functional knowledge of key store retail systems and operations to include
but not limited to:

o             Inventory, Ordering and Receiving

o             Self service

5-7 years of business analysis experience ideally with client exposure

Prior experience gathering and documenting business requirements, business
processes, functional design and/or user interface design information

Previous experience working with various levels of management and business
stakeholders

Previous experience working with off-shore and remote teams is preferred
