Responsibilities: As an experience retail systems analyst, comprehend the capabilities of current state applications and processes to design, develop, and implement innovative changes Map out and documents "as is" and "to be" process models, defines associated business requirements working with key stakeholders, business users and IT. Perform gap analysis between process models, technology and people. Develop functional designs (FDD’s) and obtain stakeholder approvals. Develop user acceptance test (UAT) plans and test scenarios and manages the execution of UAT. Document test results and monitors and reports testing results and status to IT leadership and business. Collaborate with business users and 3rd party support to develop detailed documentation including data flow diagrams, process maps, and other application or project documents. Collaborate with business users, IT Team, Project Managers and business users to implement key projects Scope to include but is not limited to modernizing vendor order scheduler for direct store delivery supplier and building new UI for handling day to day user requests Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of experience in developing or supporting retail solutions for store operations.
