Ensure that the application changes meet the Manufacturing and Supply Chain standards. - Performing the role of Technical Lead for enhancement projects that involve, preparing technical solutions and architecture documents, creating technical artifacts, perform proof of concepts and present it to the customer. - Understand various nonfunctional aspects in application design and provide a solution to optimize performance, scalability, and reliability. - Analyze, discuss and explain the requirements to the vendors involved. Develop SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) documentation like Functional Requirement Specifications, design documents and project plan, maintain the project documentation in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) systems and get necessary approvals. - Coordinate with vendor and resolve any hardware/software issues related to legacy Infrastructure vendors. - Provide Regular status reports to project manager and help project manager on estimations and schedule. - Providing knowledge transition to the application support team. Assist the Support team to analyze and identify the root cause of the problems identified.
