Role: IBM Sterling Developer Location – TX, Currently Remote Duration: Ongoing
Experience Range 8+ years Primary Skill Set ● 8+ years of experience as a Senior software developer 1. Strong knowledge of the various modules in IBM Sterling OMS 2. Hands-on configuration and development experience using OOTB Sterling APIs in a minimum of one Sterling OMS implementation 3. Development of wrapper using Sterling OOTB APIs and configuring them as Sterling services (SDF) 4. Should have hands on development experience on Java J2EE development 5. Customization knowledge of Sterling Store / Call Center web UI will be a huge plus 6. Ability to create Sterling OMS detailed technical design for business requirements 7. Hands-on experience working with Sterling OMS interfaces with external systems using MQ, JMS 8. Ability to independently setup a local instance of Sterling OMS for development purpose 9. Hands-on development experience with core Java, servlets and web services (REST & SOAP) 10. Experience working with XMLs, XSLs and JSON 11. Working and configuration of any one application server; WAS, Weblogic, JBoss, etc 12. Hands-on experience working with any one SQL database; DB2, Oracle, MySQL, etc 13. Basic knowledge of navigating through any one operating system; Linux or Windows 14. Knowledge of any popular IDE (Eclipse/IntelliJ), code repository (SVN, BitBucket, GitHub) 15. Experience to independently build and deploy Sterling OMS locally and on to any environment 16.
