Scheduled Work Hours: 40 hours per week

Duration of Contract: 24 Months

Rate: $65 on C2C or 1099

Visa: H1B & Above

Short description:

Implementing a new operating system for the Tracking and Billing System (
TABS) on Linux (DAP_OPW_PRJ0250881). Once completed, move forward with the
implementation of IRIS, an operational database management system used by
TABS, replacing the current version of Cache.



Requested Qualification:

60 months programming experience using MUMPS to develop and implement
Admission / Discharge / Release and/or Financial Eligibility and Billing
software in a healthcare delivery environment.
48 months experience using WSDL in SOAP applications for the creation of
Cache’ web services.
84 months programming experience using MUMPS (Mass. General Utility
Multi-Programming System) excluding post-relational Cache’ (i.e., Cache’
objects, etc.).
36 months experience working with data exchange standards for sharing
healthcare related data. For example, Federal HIPAA Transactions (ASC 835,
837, etc.), HL7, NIEM, etc..
24 months programming experience using a recent (Version 2017 or later)
version of Cache’ to develop software.
24 months experience working on a project team developing and implementing
complex projects in a mainframe / mid-range environment in a healthcare
setting.


Day to day tasks:

MUMPS / Cache’ programming
Support of existing MUMPS/Cache’ software
Participation in analysis and design of new MUMPS/Cache’ solutions to user
requirements
Attend meetings related to projects and tasks
Quality Assurance testing of software developed by other MUMPS/Cache’
programmers
