Please find the job description below, appreciate if you can go through it and revert back to me with your latest copy of resume ASAP, Kindly respond to this requirement with your resume, contact and current location information to speed up the interview process. *Job Title: Scrum Master* *Work Location: Hartford, Connecticut* *Contract duration:12 months* *Detailed Job Description:* • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency Led and managed 3 Scrum teams and helped raising revenue. • Expertise in Agile/Scrum principles and methodology. • Experience in Product development and Implementation. • Ability to be effective in a fast paced and constantly changing IT environment. • Direct and lead development team from project initiation through the delivery of final product. • Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective). • Tracking and managing Product backlog, Burndown metrics, Velocity and task breakdown. • Collaboration with internal & external teams on development & integration process to ensure Continuous Integration & Delivery. • Responsible for keeping track of the Definition of done for all work results of the development team. • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency • Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach. • Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers. • Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum framework • Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization • Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving. • Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information • Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog. • Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.
