*Kindly share profiles for below mentioned role-* *Role: Scrum Master* *Location: Lynchburg, VA* *Technical Scrum Master Role Description * *Responsibilities:* • Exhibit Lean-Agile Leadership, helping the team embrace Scrum and SAFe practices, coaching the team; facilitate transparency, inspection, and adoption • Champion scrum and SAFe, its roles, events and artifacts to help the team and stakeholders understand their value • Lead a culture of relentless improvement, encourage and assist the team in constantly improving the quality of their deliverables and meeting the Definition of Done and Definition of Ready • Facilitates team events: Daily Stand-up, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, and Iteration Retrospective ensuring they are productive • Cultivate consensus and alignment within the team and across the agile release train • Partner with the product owner to support short and long-term release and PI planning and manage interdependencies • Shield the team from external interference to enable optimal functionality and productivity • Support the team in addressing and removing impediments which cannot be solved by the team and encourage self-management of those that can be solved within the team • Build a trusting and safe environment where challenges are raised and explored with an emphasis of problem solving • Improve coordination and communication with other teams on the train. Represent the team in Scrum of Scrum, helping the team remain aware of opportunities to engage and improve program effectiveness. • Assists the team in preparation for ART activities, including PI Planning, System Demos, and the Inspect and Adapt. • Guide the team in establishing normalized estimates, hitting commitments and becoming predictable • Aggregate scrum team objectives and progress to ensure visibility and transparency in our tools *Qualifications*: • 5+ years of scrum master and/or software engineering experience • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline • Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence and experience creating dashboards, Structure Boards, and using Xray. Experience using Jira Align is a plus. • Strong understanding of GxP software quality procedures • Strong understanding of agile software development, preferably in a scaled agile team • SAFe Scrum Master certification or equivalent training • Experience working on a data and analytics platform • Ability to leverage expertise and enthusiasm for agile methodologies and continuous improvement to energize those around you • A belief that openness and transparency are non-negotiable • Display strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills • Strong understanding of the value of metrics and iterative delivery If you are interested, please forward your resume to [email protected].
