*Position : Jr to Mid level Java developer*
*Location : Dearborn, MI **(RATE : $50/hr on C2C)*
*Job Description : *
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree Strong organizational
and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Java . Knowledge in building server-client applications
in Java using RMI, working knowledge of REST & SOAP services, connecting to
databases like Oracle/MySQL,
- Performance monitoring tools like Java Profilers etc.
- Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and
JavaScript.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS Familiarity
with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle or MongoDB
- Knowledge on TDD ( Test Driven Development), Junit & Automation tests
Familiarity with Gradle, Jenkins Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
*Attention to detail. *
- 5+ years of experience on Java development using JDK 1.7 & up, Web
services development using REST, WSDL, SOA.
- Connecting to Oracle databases, java performance monitoring using
profilers or other techniques, understanding of RMI concepts
- Experience with Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts including Github, Maven, Jenkins
- Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with others.
- Design & develop solutions for vehicle launch launch .
- Develop solution through pair programming & TDD approach
- Develop REST services using SpringBoot, enhance existing
functionalities of the solution using Java/J2EE .
- Identify and plug memory leaks in the solution and optimize for better
performance
- Provide valuable and noteworthy input during user story review.
- Ensure that a quality product is released to the customers.
- Develop and maintain the business requirement documents, including
analysis.
- Engage appropriate technical experts within IT and from vendors during
project phases.
- Support discussion with business, IT management, and vendor teams.
- Leverage communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills through
all phases of the project.
- Work with production support and Business IT organizations to ensure
services provided to business
