4. Supporting the deployment and upgrade of other related modules and
applications.

5. Regression testing of the application in case of any upgrade and outages.

6. Accountable for technical solution of minor enhancements based on the
user request.

7. Responsible to get sign-off from the customer for software fixes in case
of support tickets and design in case of minor enhancements.

8. Integration plan for the system with the external interfaces.

9. Coordinating with the Application,Database, Middleware and EQA support
teams.10.

10. Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions.

11. Sound interpersonal and team working skills.

12. Sound ability to take on multiple assignments.

13. Good command of written and spoken English.

14. Good problem solving skills.

1. Own one or more support applications.

2. Mentor junior team members with the assistance of PM/Architect

3. Flexible in working under changing and different work settings.

4. Maintain high team morale.

5. Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines.

6. Accurate time accounting and reporting of own work.

7. Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that
are beyond scope of influence and report same to reporting manager.

8. Pay high attention to detail in all work.
