Philadelphia , PA JD: looking for a Test Manager to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in US. The ideal candidate must possess excellent background in Manual and fair understanding of Automation Testing of Web/Mobile and Windows Based Applications. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team. *Responsibilities * As a Test Manager , you will · Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices. · Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. · Act as key point ofcontact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating, QA resources internally and externally. · Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers. Prepare overall test strategy for the program, including but not limited to Regression , end-end, performance and security related as applicable · Enable development and execution of test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated. . Estimation of test efforts and test planning activities. .
