* Technical Knowledge
Unix -
SQL -
* Splunk
* Must have L2 support with ITIL knowledge.
* Process knowledge must be strong. This is not just a procedural support ,
it is an analytical role.
* Experience in handling critical incidents
* Some banking experience is a plus
Experience:
* Must showcase L2 Support experience
* Extensive Experience in UNIX & Windows environment
* Thorough knowledge & working experience of ITIL methodologies
