- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats - Must have knowledge in - Member Attribution, - Healthcare Reform, - PCMH - ACO - Health Insurance Payment - Enrollment Systems - Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications - Strong experience in working as a product owner and senior business analyst. - Prior Experience in working on projects using Scrum and SAfe framework is a must - Minimum 7 years of experience as a business analyst and product owner - Work with the product owners and business stakeholders to elicit requirements - Collaborate with the Product Managers to define Initiatives and Features. - Break Features down to User Stories and work with product owners to prioritize the Product Backlogs for the team - Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into detail, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish stakeholder requests from the underlying true needs - Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and requirements - Thorough understanding of how to interpret customer needs, translate them into requirements - Collaborate with the Scrum Team to define Acceptance Criteria for User Stories. - Review User Stories to ensure all defined Acceptance Criteria has been met - Support the Scrum Team’s accomplishments and receive feedback at Demo and Review - Serves as a conduit between the business and the software development team through which requirements flow - Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups; executives, scrum teams, and subject matters experts. - Strong attention to detail, organization, decision-making and self-administrative skills required - Relevant business analysis certifications preferred *Requirements:* - Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience - Microsoft Access and/or SQL experience strongly preferred Thanks & Regards, Srikanth.
