*Job Description :*
- Work on Minor/Major enhancements and development activities apart from
the below Production support scope of work
- Incident management and Problem management for billing application
and its related interfaces and batch jobs
- Triage various production related real time alerts and involve
appropriate teams in case of Production Outage and resolve the issue
- Communicate out to business users and executive leadership team on
Production issues in clear business terms
- Responsible for owning the RCA for internal production incidents
and presenting to leadership team
- Identification analysis and resolution of systemic issues related
to the application
- Work on Automated jobs and scripts for recurring issues
- Good knowledge of Unix and SQL for creating sql quires on demand
- Handle post deployment production support and bug fixes for
critical and high severity production defects
