Ideal candidate – making interfaces, ideally has experience with trading related tools. Don’t have to have a financial background. All candidates need to pass hacker ranked test – coding test – need to pass (HACKER RANK platform) Make sure they know they need to go through tests Communication skills are really important – working with Portfolio managers Must haves – C#, Python (is important – they are getting their data through Python scripts) Web dev concepts, agile process, key contributor to the design so need to know some UI/UX and help formulate use-case.
