*Role: Technical Project Specialist*
*Location: NYC, NY (Remote)**Duration: 12 month and extendable*

The consultant will manage and be responsible for the successful delivery 
of three projects, as well as maintaining the necessary documentation 
following our client’s framework. Project management expertise and 
experience is a must. Knowledge of infrastructure, platforms, 
telecommunication, cloud, and virtual desk (preferably using Microsoft 
technology) is also required.

*Required Profile:*


   - *At least five (5) years of experience in managing technical IT 
   projects such as infrastructure, platforms, and telecommunication cloud 
   migration, virtual desktop infrastructure.*
   - *At least two (2) years of experience with Microsoft Azure solutions, 
   Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Endpoint/Mobile Device Management (Intune), 
   and Microsoft Teams Telephony.*
   - *Certification in Microsoft Azure technology is highly desirable*
   - *Certification in project management (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent) is 
   highly desirable*
   - *Certification in Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), 
   Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), ISO/IEC 20000, or 
   equivalent is highly desirable*
   - *Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in 
   computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or related 
   field. A first-level university degree in combination with qualifying 
   experience may be accepted in lieu* of the advanced university degree

*Scope of Work / Duties of Consultant:*

The Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager include:


   - Manages IT projects and ensure success implementation of the proposed 
   plan, including testing and deployment, in adherence to the timeline, 
   budget, and scope. Documents projects in compliance with OIM’s Enterprise 
   Programme Management Office methodology and templates. Coordinates and 
   facilitates the necessary meetings and presentations to relevant governing 
   bodies
   - Complete IT change request documentation following the OIM’s ICT 
   Change Management methodology and templates, presenting to the IT Change 
   Advisory Board as required
   - Works closely with the ICT Service Desk, ICT Infrastructure, ICT 
   Security/Business Continuity Planning, and Business Applications teams, as 
   well as business stakeholders and external vendors
   - Provides technical advice and expertise on topics related to 
   cloud-based infrastructure and services migration including 
   telecommunications, network, and information security requirements
   - Provides technical advice and expertise on topics related to Endpoint 
   and Mobile Device Management (MDM), Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Active 
   Directory, and Cloud Telephony using Microsoft technologies (InTune, Azure, 
   Office365, Teams Telephony, etc)
   - Performs any other duties as needed
