We have an immediate opening for the below position, kindly let me know your interest with your updated resume at *[email protected] <[email protected]>*. *Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant* *Contract- 6-12 Months* *Lincolnshire, IL* *Position Description: Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant* Techno-Functional Expertise in the following modules Oracle HCM: - Experience with the business processes in HR and experience with Oracle Cloud HR, Talent Management - Workforce Rewards -> Compensation Management - Workforce Management -> Absence Management - Talent Management - Global HR -> Core HR Tools and Technology: - Fast Formula - Reporting - BI Publisher/ OTBI/ HCM Extract/ Infolet - Third Party Interfaces Experience - Data Loading – HDL/ HSDL - Form Personalization - Object Migration - Visual Builder Studio (Nice to have) - HCM Security - OUM Methodology Role & Responsibilities- - The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients to understand and document requirements as well as map requirements to standard Oracle HCM Cloud functionality Participate in the requirements discussion - Analyze business problems to be solved with automated Oracle HCM systems - Implements and maintains software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of data for internal department planning and activities. - Performs configuration, setup, and updating of applications, including table definitions and access control in Oracle HCM - Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them - Designs extensions and tailored solutions required for aligning packaged applications for business scenarios for Oracle HCM - Produce reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the requirements of business management and staff for HCM. - Reviews user accesses and trains users on application. - Works to support system upgrades including planning and scheduling, coordination and deploying. - Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer. - Ensures availability and performance of systems and application environments through proactive as well as reactive analysis and maintenance. *Position 2-* *Oracle EBS Financials (P2P) Functional Consultant-* *Position Description: *Oracle EBS Financials (P2P) Functional Consultant - Exposure to Agile DevSecOps methodology - Exposure to security tools such as SonarQube and Immersive Labs (or similar) is highly desired - Exposure to Oracle supply chain cloud modules such as Order Management, Inventory, WMS, Manufacturing, Quality etc. - Understanding of Oracle Cloud application architecture - Working knowledge of test automation tools like TOSCA - Strong communication skills to effectively work with others - Demonstrated ability to solve end user issues - Advanced technical and analytical experience - Ability to mentor team members - Managing complex issues and applying root cause analysis - Manages in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment - *Position 3-* *Position Description: Oracle integration cloud - OIC Consultant* 1.Expertise in designing and building integrations with cloud/ on premise applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) - Responsible for providing inputs to the feasibility of a solution and proposing solutions that are scalable. - Being Hands-On is a critical requirement. - Must work with PLSQL, Web Services, SOAP and REST. Development experience on SOAP, REST services with JSON or XML based integrations. 2.Should be hands-on in at least 1 or 2 Integration project using Oracle Integration Cloud. 3. Should have knowledge on OIC inbuild cloud adapters(REST, SOAP, FTP, HCM, Workday, ERP, ATP). . Thorough knowledge on Mappings , Lookups , Connections , XSLT,Agents, Packages,and other features of OIC. 4. Managing Users and Roles in OIC. Comfortable in XML and XSLT processing . Experience in working with ICS adapters included ERP Adapter, SOAP, Oracle DB,FTP ,REST etc. Good knowledge and experience in web and client-server technologies. Hands on Experience with web service testing tools SOAPUI, Postman. 1.Basic PL/SQL programming 2.Java Concepts 3.Oracle Application Cloud Knowledge ( ERP, HCM cloud technical part ) 4.VBCS page design and webservice integration. 5.
