At-least 3 years of strong Web Content Management experience with Adobe AEM / CQ5, implementing 2+ full cycle AEM projects. 3. Solid experience with CQ5 building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets and bundles. 4. Experience on Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM, Workflows is required. 5. Experience with integrating AEM/CQ5 with other products and vendors specifically targeting Social Integrations 6. Experience with Continuous Integration and Automated test execution and building tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium or Maven 7. Desirable Technical Skills Familiarity with Tag management using Adobe DTM 8. Work with project managers to ensure that all project deliverables are on time and high quality 9. Work collaboratively with other teams; QA, UX, etc 10. Assist in deploying applications to Dev, QA, Production environments and migrations Nice to Have : 1. Familiar with Sprinkler and bi-directional social integrations with AEM 2. Generating Reports and Metrics using Adobe Site Catalyst 3. Mandatory Functional Skills • Ability to innovate and present new ideas/solutions. Ability to handle customer discussions effectively and interact with multiple stakeholders 4. Driving efficiencies and implementing roadmap to constantly improve speed of response 5. Carry out periodic Service reviews and identify areas of service improvement actions.
