We have an immediate opening for the below position, kindly let me know your interest with your updated resume at *[email protected] <[email protected]>*. *Role: **Workday HCM Technical* *Contract Long Term* *Location : Remote / Lexington, KY* Mandatory Technical Skills • Must have experience in least 4-6 integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio • Complex reporting (calculated fields, Workday object model) • Configured core HR module, including basic setup, Personal Data, Job Data, Position Management, and Compensation, with additional focus on Profile Management • Pre and Post Production support for Recruiting and post production support for other HCM modules • Moving custom reports within different Workday application tenants and validated data for all tenants and also scheduled custom reports and developed Alerts for custom reports • Good understanding of HR Reporting and Analytics to design and develop the Workday Reports and setting up Workday Configurations • Work with the business to understand their needs and usage of Workday in implementing the payroll transformation. • Provide support in documenting the requirements for Workday Core HCM- for all tenant setup values, Business Processes and security policies, Compensation plans , pay groups including any Self-Service aspects for payroll/time configuration • Plan, design, and configure Workday compensation-related modules for any enhancements • Guide business stakeholders through Workday Release functionality review to determine what optional functionality we will 'turn on' with each release • Lead/Participate in interactive discussions regarding requirements and possible methods of configuration within the Workday HCM Modules • Understand and document impact of configuration changes to business processes and communicate to business stakeholders Duties & Responsibilities Development , testing , reporting , and production support Desirable Functional Skills Workday HCM functional *Bharat Chhibber | Sr. Technical Recruiter* *Direct: 919 626 9615 | EMAIL [email protected] <[email protected]>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Discuss" group.
