Total experience of 4-6 years or more, with 3+ years of relevant experience in the role of Business Systems Analyst. ServiceNow experience is must. ServiceNow experience should include administration, configurations setup, and testing. Must have knowledge in ITAM, ITOM · Understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities like workflows, SLAs, Integrations, Reporting etc. · BE/M Tech degree in Information Systems or related disciple required. MBA in Operations and Systems is good to have. · Good knowledge of process flow mapping using tools like - Lucid chart/Ms Visio/Miro. · Ability to interact with all levels of business users (end-users/executives). · Demonstrated strong background in preparing As-Is process documentation, To-Be process documentation, and performing detailed gap analysis. · Demonstrated ability to have successfully completed multiple, complex technical projects in a dynamic work environment. · Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications. · Good in generating reports and dashboards measuring business KPIs. · Experience preparing end-user documentation and conducting end-user training will be an add-on Thanks & Regards, Srikanth Reddy.
