*Position: Senior Analyst, IT Quality Assurance Engineer* *Location: Fort Worth, TX - (2 days a week from office)* *Duration: Long Term Contract role*
*Airline and/or FOS experience – a must**Strong automation, java and airlines domain experience required for this role.* *Job Description:* Provides leadership and expertise on complex test projects to test teams, including: Planning, driving, managing and coordinating testing activities through all phases of the software development lifecycle. *Principal Duties and Responsibilities:* · Analyzes testability of requirements · Designs and prepares test strategy & approach, testing metrics and other testing artifacts · Creates test cases based on requirements and conducts reviews with development team/business users · Prioritizes and executes functional tests and regression tests · Reports defects, raises issues or concerns to project team · Creates and maintains quality assurance standards and processes · Monitors common business specific quality measurement frameworks and tracks improvement against predefined metrics · Plans and deploys software testing and project management processes based on the current methodologies of the company · Creates and monitors quality assurance related activities at both the program and project level · Assesses risk to quality based upon results of verification and validation · Reports software defects; raises issues/concerns regarding issue prioritization · Coordinates activities across multiple teams, including but not limited to development and project management *Job Qualifications:* · Undergraduate degree in CS/CE/CIS/MIS/Engineering/Technology related field or equivalent experience and or training · 5+ years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance (SQA) · Testing tools experience (Microsoft Test Manager, Rally, HP ALM, SQL, Etc.) · Experience with web service testing (SoapUI, SOAtest) · Strong software analysis skills · Advanced understanding of Quality Management and “best practices” with regard to testing techniques, methodologies, processes, tools, artifacts and measurement · Thorough knowledge of Agile software development · Solid understanding of relational databases · Advanced abilities with use of reference materials and other resources to complete tasks · Strong customer service focus · Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities · Ability to effectively meet deadlines and prioritize projects in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment · Airline and/or FOS experience – a must *Thanks,* *Ajay* *Sr. IT Recruiter* *Contact: 609 912 2959* [email protected] <https://groups.google.com/u/2/> *Cerebral Technologies, Inc (D.B.A CBLSolutions)* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Discuss" group.
