*Job Description:* 1. Manage a team of test managers and test leads that are staffed across multiple projects to ensure consistent application of best project management practices 2. Collaborate with multiple teams , Engineering and business stakeholders to define program requirements, set priorities, and establish scope which includes partnering with the Product team to define the roadmap and long-term strategy 3. Manage cross functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly 4. Develop and own communication plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders 5. Partner with cross functional teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases 6. Define and track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators and drive cross functional execution of program deliverables 7. Influence project decisions to align with higher company initiatives 8. Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automation 9. Delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery 10. Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope 11. Working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products 12. Establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones 13. Meeting the demands of the target market, ranking feature importance, managing complexity and measuring project success *Skills and Qualifications:* 1. Must have greater than 5 years experience as an engagement Manager overseeing a large portfolio of Insurance web and mobile software application testing projects. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 3. Ideal candidate would have test Management experience in guidewire or SAP related projects transformation and transition 4. Candidate should have insurance domain background and ready to relocate the customer locations 5. Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems 6. Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience 7.
