   - *Work for Data Team which delivers reporting solutions and Data
   solutions*
   - *Responsible for bellow set of activities*


   - *Incident Management*
      - *Batch & Infrastructure monitoring*
      - *Planned activity Management*
      - *Service Request Management*
      - *Release Management & Deployment Management*
      - *Configuration management*
      - *Process Automation & orchestration*
      - *Upgrade Support*
      - *Own and maintain L2 and release documentations (Run books/Weekly
      status updates etc)*

*Skills Needed: Power BI Expert/ ETL Expert*

   - One of the below with willingness to learn systems and  analyze issues
   against the database systems.


   - Good background of building and developing data pipelines using ETL
      Tools /PLSQL Procedures/Spark etc
      - Good Experience in PowerBI Landscape (Power BI, Power Query )


   - Good knowledge in SQL and Familiarity to database systems and generic
   administration knowledge
   - Exposure to batch and infrastructure monitoring.
   - Expertise in release and deployment management using DevOps/other
   tools .
   - Experience working in L2 Support team and expertise in efficiently
   Triaging, Detect, record and classify incidents using Service now.
   - Experience in managing planned activities on based on business
   calendar and communicating the status to stake holders .
   - Experience in process automation and orchestration.
   - Expertise in supporting upgrade activities and handling smoke tests.
   - Experience in monitoring job pipelines and analyzing job issues
