· Work Fusion certified (example below) RPA Expert - Automation
Engineer Specialist with hands-on experience in implementing projects in
Finance & Accounting (F&A) domain on Work Fusion SPA 10.X platform.
· Understand the Process Design Document (PDD) and create the
required BOTs described in solution design
· Help develop Solution Design Document (SDD) for the process.
Proactively suggest any process re-engineering which can help RPA as a
whole.
· Develop the BOTs per SDD. Review the progress with stake holders,
Solution architect and COE manager, Develop quick reference guide for
developed BOTs
· Knowledge in Healthcare – Finance and payments is added advantage
· Deploy the BOT for testing and fix issues if any (UAT); Deliver
the BOT in production environment (MTP); Support the production BOTs basis
the requirement
· Work on the tickets to fix issues raised by users
· Post change, ensure change management is complete
· Work on improving the BOT efficiency & effectiveness
