Role: Business analyst with WMS (warehouse management system)
Location: Lewisville, TX (Initial remote)
Job description:-
. Strong functional experience in WMS functionalities.
. Should have strong skills in coordinating with Business teams to shape up
the requirements and translate them to IT teams.
. Must be well versed with various documentation (BRD, FSD, UML, Process
Flow Diagram) needed for the analyst role.
. Experience in executing and framing basic SQL queries for data
validation.
. Must have experience in coordination UAT.
. Resolve conflicts and issues that might occur between functional and
technical sides of project.
. Experience in deployment participation and post-production support.
. Experience both in waterfall and Agile methodologies.
. Must have strong communication and presentation skills
Roles & Responsibilities
. Work closely with Supply Chain Business teams to shape up Business
requirements.
. Create different documentation that are needed as per the project team.
. Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
. Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in requirements.
. Review with different stack holder on sign off.
. Coordinate with development on the implementation.
. Perform testing to validate the changes.
. Coordinate with Business teams to perform UAT.
. Participate in production deployment.
. Participate in transition to support team.
. Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
. Ability to adapt to a changing environment
. Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
