Role SAP RAR Consultant Location: Allendale, NJ and Kalamazoo, MI Duration: Long term Must Have Skills: . 10-15 years of experience . Must have worked on multiple full cycle implementations or roll out projects on the S4 Hana (FICO module including data migration and reconciliation. . Responsible for designing, building, deploying and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling - Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting,Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis,Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment, and settlement.). . Perform detailed analysis and design of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions often in close cooperation with the clients' finance team; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements . Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. . Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions. . Hands-on application and configuration experience in New General Ledger / Fixed Assets/ Services/ Controlling, including but not limited to multi-currency experience, currency revaluation & translation, document splitting, non-leading ledger, reconciliation ledger, substitutions / validations, cost center and profit center accounting, Product Costing, understanding of financial close and consolidations, and intercompany processing. . Experience with a multi-national company and Intercompany transactions,eliminations, and financial consolidations. . Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, HR, PP and PM Nice to Have Skills: Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills Able to understand and adhere to change management procedures and internal guidelines Collaborate with team members to find solutions for complex problems and promote continuous improvement on services Ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales Ability to multi-task and work on a 24/7 support rotation Capable of taking ownership of tasks from beginning to end Responsibilities: Engaged or worked with multi-national clients having global presence End to End Implementation experience, Upgrade Knowledge, Enhancements, Development, Rollout and Production Support experience in below modules Works with the appropriate parties to effectively estimate project timelines Works with appropriate parties to ensure issues are resolved. Provides technical and functional expertise for development projects Should be able to interact with the developer and communicate the requirements.
