Document them per the project process Document functional flows and use cases Act as a trusted advisor to the product owner, Solution architect, User Experience team and development team. Need to have an overall big picture of the project and pro-actively plan. Good presentation skills (show and tells), tailoring the message to Sponsor level vs sharing technical details better suited for the IT project team. Provide requirements walkthroughs. Drive and collaborate with Solution architects, Tech leads and User experience during design sessions Support System and UAT testing Provide release notes and understanding of release functionality to Business Transition project knowledge and understanding to offshore teams Well versed with Agile methodology and should be able to conduct all the scrum ceremonies *Mandatory Skills:* Significant Business Analysis experience across the project life cycle (Overall 8 to 9 years preferred) Knowledge of the key functions and processes such as CRM Products (e.g. SalesForce etc) Developing applications on responsive design (Web/ Portal Technology, Tablet & Mobile).
