Provide Strategic guidance to GSPANN’s clients in defining and building enterprise-wide modern marketing *technology architecture and roadmap including the Adobe Experience Platform* Key Responsibilities - Works closely with cross-domain teams to ensure validity of functional requirements that are being defined. - Ensures that proposed business processes align with the strategic views set forth by the Solutions and Business Process Architecture Team. - Makes recommendations for improvement should there be gaps. - Oversees scoping of cross-domain projects from inception to ready-to-build. Will monitor projects during build phase. - Monitor and measure the performance of key strategic initiatives by defining metrics to hold teams accountable. - Maintains documentation about the key processes and system flows in any cross-domain solution. - Participate in the "technical product manager" community to share-and-leverage learnings and drive best practices. - Participate in build-vs-buy decisions and present recommendations.
