Duration : 5 Months Contract Job  (Possibility of extension)

The client is looking to hire a .NET developer.  The incumbent will be
responsible for delivering the following:



*Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities*

   - Expert in application development and support using Microsoft
   Technologies
   - In-depth knowledge and experience in *Web Application design
   principals*


   - In-depth knowledge and experience in* Microsoft Technologies such as
   VB.NET <http://VB.NET>, C#, ASP.NE <http://ASP.NE>*T
   - *Write clean, scalable code in .NET Platform *
   - Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices
   - Very good *experience in Native APIs and Web Service (SOAP and REST)
   development.*
   - Good working knowledge with *SQL Server*


   - Good written and verbal communication skills with ability to provide
   extensive documentation as needed
   - Strong ability to work with technical and non-technical staff
   - Experience working in agile or an iterative methodology for software
   development
   - Experience with SDLC and SDM principles
   - *Experience in Test Driven Development and testing *


   - Well versed in developing monitoring/logging and error Handling
   - Experience working in TFS or other source code management systems

*Additional Qualifications*

   - Working experience in public sector environments, specifically
   government
   - Development experience in force.com


   - Experience in working on enterprise applications
   - Experience in Mainframe Applications and migration to new
   technology platform
