*initial Remote* *Job Description:* The Quality Manager will be responsible for effective QM systems regarding Product Portfolio, Programs and Projects with secure quality according to effective internal and external standards such as IATF 16949, 14001, 18001, VDA, ASPICE. to meet Legal, Company and Customer requirements and standards. Key Responsibilities Own the Quality Assurance Plan and approach for product development throughout the product life cycle. This includes planning, coordinating, guiding, and reporting the relevant quality activities for the project quality team, including Production and Supplier Quality. This role is responsible for the following • Ensure effectiveness Quality Management System for the respective locations and certification to IATF 16949 / ISO 9000 • Maintains and Continuous improve the Quality Management System • Ensures that the location specific processes are inline and compliant to the Global Process Landscape and Quality Management System • Managing all QM activities about execution and achievement of corporate Quality goals. • Ensure QM systems corresponds to Automotive Standards (IATF 16949, VDA, ASPICE), company Corporate Standards and Customer specific Requirements. • Support location management in executing and spreading quality policies; improve the sense of quality of employees by corresponding measures incl. establishing standards. • Executing the global, quality strategy and goals, in particular the achievement of certified QM systems in the respective divisions. • Plans and performs internal audits / assessments / gap analysis for IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ASPICE. • Prepares internal and external audits / assessments with the project teams and respective process owners. • Supports and consults internal and customer projects to comply to Automotive SPICE and IATF 16949. • Supports the definition of Improvement Plans, means identification of actions items, planning and prioritization of action items. • Identifying process and product non-conformances, driving root cause analysis methods, supporting appropriate corrective action implementation, and checking effectivity of corrective action. • Review production quality, warranty data with operations quality group to ensure design & supplier related warranty issues lessons learned are incorporated in new product development. Additional Responsibilities: • Review and report product maturity: internal/customer agreement to test plans, test planning, test reports and DVP&R • Coordinate submission of project first Saleable PPAP • Track and report Quality KPI (Quality, Costs, Timing) to Quality Leadership and project team • Supports the project team with preparation and commencing of internal/external audits and ASPICE assessments • Assist in the development, execution, and documentation of Operations Safe Launch Plan and Safe Launch Lessons Learned throughout product development lifestyle • Prepares for and actively participates in Design Reviews, Phase Reviews and Gate Reviews. • Together with SW Quality assure quality of release procedure and baselines (System, Hardware, Mechanical, Software) Key Qualifications/Requirements Education • Bachelor or Master’s in Engineering • Advanced knowledge in FMEA Tools (e.g., APIS-IQ etc.), ALM/PLM systems (E.g.: PTC Integrity/Windchill) • Ability to provide coaching on quality management processes i.e. ISO:9001 IATF16949 Standards, VDA 6.3 Standards • Knowledge of automotive functional safety standards ISO 26262 or similar • Excellent knowledge in quality standards within the automotive industry: APQP/FEMA/PPAP/MSA/SPC. • Knowledge of Advanced of Document Management System and Requirements. • Comprehensive Knowledge in performing Audits / Assessments • Experience presentation and moderation techniques. • IATF 2nd party Auditor. • Competent ASPICE Assessor certification. *For Quick Submission revert me back with below details…..!!!!* *Full Name:* *Primary Contact:* *Email:* *Current Location:* *Skype Id:* *DOB:* *Total Relevant/IT experience:* *Name of bachelor’s degree, university, year of passing - (Education):* *Have you Ever worked with HCL (Y/N)* *Are you Fully Vaccinated (Both Dose)* *Salary/Rate expectation:* *Legal Visa Status & Expiry Date:* Thanks and Regards, *Manoj Priyadarshi || Resource Manager* IDC Technologies, Inc.
