*Title: BMC Remedy Developer / Product Architect* *Duration: 12+ Months* *Location: Tallahassee, FL* *Interview mode: Onsite Required* Required experience working with BMC Remedy/Helix installations, upgrades, configuration, etc. This Product Architect shall upgrade Remedy from version 9.1.04 to 20.02 and remediate related data. Remedy is an Information Technology Services Management platform used to manage service requests. *Mandatory Qualifications:* - Five (5) or more years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy/Helix installations, upgrades, configurations and development (relevant architecture experience) - A bachelor's degree in one (1) of the computer sciences fields or in management information systems; or Five (5) years of work experience in IT, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, or program evaluation. - Proficient in the English language *Preferred Qualifications:* - BMC Accredited Developer - Experience with BMC Remedy/Helix data migration tools - Experience with integrating Active Directory with BMC Remedy/Helix for role-based permissions and customer database updates - Experience with BMC Digital Workplace and product catalog configuration, including workflow approvals - Experience with migrating code and data into Remedy environments -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Discuss" group.
