FakeCamera is the code used in the emulator. I don't think the
emulator is going to be much use for video recording because it is
very hardware intensive. We are developing on hardware that has
hardware-accelerated video encode. The emulator will use the software
video encoder which is running in ARM emulation. I imagine the frame
rate even for low resolution like QCIF will probably be under 5 fps.
Because of that, we haven't spent any time trying to get it working on
the emulator.
