OpenCore streamingmanagernode does not support multicast. It only support unicast. So it assumes a control path (RTSP over TCP) and datapath (RTP over UDP). For multicast sessions typically there is not much of control path. Clients simply do a join and start recving data. Streaming manager node is opencore is not setup to do this.
