There is no well defined interfaces already available i guess,
moreover to use the PV interfaces for your framework may be something
PV can comment.

But you can have your own defined app interface (defined with
Java/JNI/Native Library)
that should less effort then to use existing one which is more
suitable for Opencore.

I didnt see any platform interfaces related document anywhere, may be
if someone create and share may be very useful, but platform interface
is not so straight forward but i referred oscl of opencore, may be it
can give some idea for you
