Ideally, there should be A/V sync. As a practical matter for short
video clips, the drift is negligible compared to the jitter. Since our
common use case for Cupcake is short video clips on mobile devices, we
have chosen to ignore both drift and jitter issues.

In the future we will base the video clock off the audio clock. This
should keep eliminate long-term clock drift. We will still have some
jitter, but that can probably be minimized with some filtering.
