In G1, The Volume loudness level seems too close(almost no different in loudness) and is with too small volume in the lower side (says, 0 to 5), I take a look at the source code of android_media_AudioSystem.cpp and AudioSystem.cpp. When setting the stream volume, volume value will be transformed to natural log scale. And these codes with this comment:
I think this is the reason why loudness level in the lower side is so close and is so small. Is there any reason to make loudness level in the lower side with such a small loudness? Is it possible to enlarge the loudness in the lower side?
