What is the difference between LOCAL_STATIC_LIBRARIES and LOCAL_WHOLE_STATIC_LIBRARIES?Do you use the marvell ipp lib?I am doing the work now.I can get the audio of video,but the picture of video is wrong.Can you give me some information?
