Can Android/Opencore support varying frame rates coming from an imager
during video record? Due to internal algorithms, the frame rate of our
imager is not constant. That is, it can change when lighting
conditions (and others) change. Can Android support varying frame
rates from an imager during record? If so, what is its range of
tolerance? If our imager can provide 25fps in a good condition, what
is the lowest fps that Android can tolerate during record?
