Hi, We are in process of developing a camcorder application for android. To analysis the design of already existing Camcorder, I downloaded the camcorder application source code, from Cupcake - packages/apps/Camera.
I tried building this application using SDK 1.1 but could not... I realized, that mediarecorder APIs have been removed in SDK 1.1 Can someone please answer following Questions... 1. Was this camcorder application build using older SDK ? 2. Why was the video recorder APIs removed from current SDK ? 3. By when will the video recorder APIs be made available ? Thanks a lot !
