>From what I understand, the OP wants to write test cases to the
OpenCORE codebase that is provided from opensource. But, the attempt
is to write testcases using the media player API. That is not
possible.

If one wants to write test cases to the OpenCORE framework, they have
to use the opensource version. We have ample examples that show how
test cases can be written.

If one is using the SDK release, they have to use the existing media
player APIs (provided only in JAVA).
