I got this issue too once. However I has been able to get back my microSD partition table by using TestDisk [1] (I've used it in my PC with a uSD -> SD -> USB dongle, but I guess that it could be recompiled to work in ARM too). To do it I've firstly used the DeepSearch with "None" type to find the partitions settings; then I've added them manually using the "Intel" type partition editor.
