Dunno about missed calls or vcf.
Sim contacts -
go to contacts, click the power button in to get the context menu, hit
something (settings I think) and the sim contacts importer is in there
somewhere. When it lists the contacts on your card hit the power button
again to bring up the "import all contacts" option.
