Sounds like a good idea to me. SIM memory may be limited, most phones
I've ever had have moved incoming SMS to their own memory. It removes
the risk of the SIM filling up, too.
I prepare a new image that contains this fix too... Move the incoming
message to the phone
and delete from the sim.
