GPRS - you'll need to find the settings online somewhere. It took me a little while to find, but there were a couple of pages with all the details for mine (T-mobile UK). Also look up MCC/MNC on wikipedia, they have a list of (I think) those two settings across all networks in all countries.

Otherwise - well it's a pain to enter all the details in the APN dialog, one at a time, but if you have the keyboard that does clipboard integration it might not be so bad.

Michael, did you say that 14.5 plus the your latest ril library wouldn't work?

Wonderful work!

Using 14.5 rootfs 13 kernel and patched ril.

- Now my providers are searched automaticly in "Mobile networks" i had to
to click "Search automaticly" before. And provider names are displayed
which it was not before.
- Wireless with Webencryption workes. (Used aKeyUI_Touch app for copy paste
the key.)

Some questions,

- How do i verify that GPRS works?
- Are there any jabber XMPP client available for Android?

Also an addition to Michaels issue list. When the phone is connected with
usb/adb it dims down and closes the usb connection way to soon, i think it
should be open and active all the time until i choose to set it in
suspend/charge mode manually or if inactive in x minutes.

Keep up the good work! Now the freerunner is really useful! Now i want to
try GPRS and see that Andnav and other online apps works all the time.

Thanx!

Andreas
