Hi all,

I have some questions about build the android for freerunner.

First:

I had gone to the http://git.koolu.org/ to clone the entire platform by
installed repo.

After I cloned the all files, I just run the following command:

(I expect that all images what I build can be the same Beta6 or Beta4 which you
release on the http://koolu.com/~marcelo/.)

$make TARGET_PRODUCT=freerunner

Is it right?

Second:

I also clone the qi bootloader from the git.

Does it just run the command “./build”? or something I need to run?

Third:

After I finished building the platform, I got some images such as kernel.img
ramdisk.img userdata.img etc.

I also build the kernel by used the configure “gta02_moredrivers_defconfig” and
got the uImage.bin .

Next I put the three images , qi.img and uImage.bin to my SDcard which just
have one fat partition.

After that, I turned on the freerunner on NOR Boot and chose the “boot from
microSD” menu. But it didn’t work.

Then I replaced the qi.img from the Beta6 release package. It worked!!

So I think that something wrong in my qi.img which I build.

Does anyone have any idea about it?

Best Regards

Andy
