Every time I start Android (Koolu beta 4, 6, or 7) on my FR GTA02, I get: Sorry! Application Settings (in process com.android.settings) is not responding. Force Close Wait
a) what is causing this? b) what's the right answer It happens whether or not I have a SIM card in the phone. Thanks. John Gorkos
