Hi Matteo,
this issue has been already reported. Some older kernels are said to be
working. E.g. the one on my page:
http://activationrecord.net/radekp/pub/openmoko/android/
The input events were renamed several time in kernel, so this could be
the problem. The input names in android sources must match the name the
name that kernel uses. If you want to see what was needed in QtMoko
check this commit:
http://github.com/radekp/qtmoko/commit/5935f75abc6c49a84c2194870cd30bfc2f98f0e7
Something like that problably has to be done in android.
It was renamed by marcelo and I think that the new name are ok.
