Hi Teodor, Thanks for your reply. I've been playing around with the partition layout and file layout as you suggested and all works fine now. For some reason the ext3 partition always got corrupted so I had opt for ext2. My layout is as follows: mmcblk0p1, Primary, vfat, 8MB mmcblk0p2, Primary, ext2, 502.14MB The files I have on these partitions are: mmcblk0p1

So for those other people out there suffering the same problem, the file layout from Teodor works. Thanks Teodor!
