Whatever you like... :-) adb is now working for you, so you can do ADBHOST=192.168.0.202 ./adb shell if you want a command shell on the phone. ./adb help will give you a list of other commands. It sounds like your phone suspended while you were in adb. You can go into Settings/Applications/Development and check "Stay awake" so that your phone doesn't sleep while connected to the computer.
