Hi Damir, I also found the same errors, and I simply solved them coping the files from G1 emulator to /system/bin and givin it chmod 777 . Unfortunately, on the emulator I found only flash_image, so now I have only 2 problems instead of two :P According to me we can find also the other two bins in other Android phone, so I'll search and eventually post them.
