does Android's positioning system support GPS augmentation via MOPS
messages?
I know that most of modern hardware GPS receivers do support WAAS/
EGNOS (or MOPS in general) GPS augmentation via additional satellite
signals. However these GEO signals are not likely to be catched in
(urban) canyons. But since they are not time critical, they are
available on the internet, too (for the european EGNOS this is called
"SISNeT").

So the question is: does Android automatically apply positioning
corrections based on internet MOPS messages or does it completely rely
on the GPS receiver's capabilities?
