I've not seen any success port to Treo yet.
However some interesting work have been done on HTC Touch, check these

I'm looking for a way to port to my iPAQ h2200 too.

Do not bother to get one of those HTC Touch now, cause' Google had a
totally more interesting version of Android for the real release.
